Lots of good weather came for the Easter holiday after light snow a few days before. The husband took some arty shots of the before mentioned church garden my mom maintains.
We have been busy 'sheeting' new parts of the lawn and putting down part of the 17 bags of mulch we bought the weekend before. So far, the biggest oops has been cutting the neighbor's invisible fence line with the electric trencher. Didn't realize it extended into our yard. We've put in juniper, periwinkle, beacon silver, pieris, scotch broom, a thornless blackberry and another smoke bush. And that's before this weekend's big perennial sale!
